Duo Balls

 

 

Duo balls Hard or Soft: these have been around for hundreds of years and it is believed were first used by the Chinese, great for pelvic floor muscle exercises and apparently the stronger the floor muscles the stronger the orgasm. In a lot of cases they have been known to help with bladder control as well. They can also arouse during movement once inserted.

Insert one ball vaginally and squeeze or flex your PC muscle. Hold for a couple of seconds, then release. Repeat this process for about 10-15 minutes at least 2-3 times per week. As the muscle strength increases so should the amount of time you hold each flex and the duration of this daily exercise. After the second or third week, insert both balls during your exercises. With stronger PC muscles, you can walk around with the duo balls to where they should remain inserted.
